Spotlight: Li Shunsheng, aka Hei

Hei is a Contractor who carries out his missions from the Agency. Hei has a double persona in the series: In normal society, he is a normal, casual, and timid Chinese transfer student, while as a Contractor, he is known as BK-201 and possesses the ability to generate and discharge electricity through conductive media (not through air or concrete)

Contractor Mask (I don’t understand why no other contractors use masks):

I don’t understand why the Japanese don’t use “real” Chinese names. In China, Shun should be Sun, and it’s almost always used as a surname. Secondly, the name Sheng (meaning “deep”) is almost never used with “Sun”.
